The service and the distance sale are provided by the operator below.

TAHT sells sponsored-link placement on its own board. An advertiser submits a URL and chooses a bid. Confirmed bids determine the order: the highest sits at #1—the throne—until a higher bid is confirmed.

• —Bids are whole TRY amounts: minimum ₺200, maximum ₺1,000,000, in steps of ₺1.
• —Only confirmed payments rank. Equal bids are ordered by confirmation time.
• —A bid below #1 still joins wherever its amount belongs.
• —There is no season reset or guaranteed duration; a position changes only as the live board changes.
• —The board rules form part of these terms.

• —Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. in Turkish lira. TAHT never receives or stores card details.
• —Opening checkout does not reserve a position. Only provider-confirmed payment activates a listing.
• —The placement is delivered electronically as soon as payment is confirmed.
• —Where legally required, an invoice is sent to the email supplied during checkout.

• —All authoritative prices, charges, and ranks are in Turkish lira (TRY). TAHT is operated and settled in Türkiye.
• —USD figures shown on English pages are daily reference estimates only. They are not an offer, settlement currency, or rate guaranteed at checkout.
• —There is no fixed list price: you choose a bid within the stated minimum, maximum, and increment.
• —There are no setup fees, renewals, subscriptions, or hidden charges.

The digital service begins immediately after payment confirmation. Once a compliant listing is live, a change of mind or being overtaken does not create a refund right. The specific cases we refund are listed in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

• —Products, projects, app pages, and public profiles may be listed.
• —Chat and invite links are not accepted.
• —Illegal content, fraud, malware, gambling, adult content, and intellectual-property infringements are removed.
• —Advertisers are responsible for the submitted URL, display name, and description.
• —A listing removed for breaching these rules is not refunded.

TAHT is an advertising product. Rank reflects only the confirmed bid; it is not a statement of quality, trustworthiness, success, or editorial endorsement. Links are marked rel="sponsored". TAHT is not responsible for third-party sites reached through them.

• —The service is provided as available; maintenance, faults, or attacks may cause temporary interruption.
• —If our technical failure prevents delivery, the applicable refund is limited to the affected placement's paid amount.
• —No number of clicks, conversions, or sales is guaranteed. Public statistics describe past activity only.

These terms may be updated for future bids. Turkish law governs the service, with the mandatory rights and courts available to consumers preserved. Questions and notices should be sent through Contact.
